September Handwork Nights with Daphne: Applique

Every month this class will focus on a different type of Handwork. Handwork Nights will combine the previous Flamingo Toes Club (for cross-stitch and hand embroidery), as well the English Paper Piecing. But you will also have the opportunity to learn things like applique, “dirty quilting”, big stitch quilting, slow stitch hand quilting, duplicate stitch, and more.

Specific Technique Used:    For September, you will learn the art of Applique by hand

Do you enjoy handwork? Have you always wanted to learn the time-honored craft of cross stitch and/or hand embroidery? If so, we are offering a month-long class dedicated to teaching this beautiful, timeless craft!

When:  Every Thursday for the month of September, starting at 6:00pm

(if you are interested in this class, please sign up as soon as possible so the teacher has time to get kits ready by the day of the class)

Price:  $75 which covers the instructor fee for the whole month and $25 one-time kit fee

**NOTE: 1. please pay the class & kit fee in cash at the store when you sign up for the class

              2. please notify the instructor a week in advance if you can’t come to class or need to cancel

Skill Level:   Beginner Level, all are welcome
